Cost includes
- 5 nights 2/3 star hotel accommodation in Kathmandu on twin sharing bed and breakfast basis,
- Peak permit of Mt. Ratna Chuli,
- All ground transportation of equipments, & transfer from airport/hotel/airport,
- 1 Government Liaison officer, 1 Climbing Sirdar(Nepali guide), 1 cook and 2 cook helpers,
- Food, fuel, daily wages, equipment allowance, insurance of above mentioned staffs,
- All food and accommodation throughout the expedition period at Base Camp and while going from Beshishar to B.C. and back to Beshishar as per itinerary on full board basis,

- Air Travel to/from Nepal,
- Alcoholic beverages and items of a purely personal nature,
- Personal travel insurance and emergency evacuations,
- Filming permit,
- High altitude tent US$ 100 each on renting,
- Custom duties on expedition goods,
- Respective expenses if one returns earlier from the expedition due to sickness or other problems.
