Mt.
PUMORI (7,161m / 23,495ft) expedition
Pumori is a very impressive mountain that rises
above Gorakshep in the legendary Sherpa country.
Formed with rock and snow in pyramid shape, the
mountain is quite challenging requiring good level
of physical stamina and climbing experience.
Like for most of other mountains in Nepal, our
route will be the normal south east ridge which
was first opened by the Swiss-German team. Though
the climb is not very technical, but there are
exposed danger of avalanche and our local guides
are aware of this danger and do the best possibility
to avoid it and make a safe climbing.
